    A longtime resident of Pittsfield, Rick graduated from Maine Central Institute and served a long career at the SAPPI Fine Paper mill in Hinkley. After retiring from the mill, Rick joined the Insource team in a part-time capacity.

    Noah is a graduate of Waterville High School and it an electrial engineering student at the University of Southern Maine. Noah had an electrician's helper license and work with us seasonally.

    Jeremy grew up in Califronia and gained extensive electrical and solar experience while living in New York. He moved to Bangor in 2015 and joined the Insource team. Jeremy is a NABCEP-Certified PV Installation Professional.

    Matt moved to Maine to attend Unity college, where he earned a degree in Environmental Studies. Matt has extensive solar experience and holds EPA certicfication for handling refrigerants and a NABCEP Soalr Heating Asspcoate Certificate.

    Vaughan Woodruff


    Vaughan earned a B.S. Civil Enginerering from University of Maine and an M.A. Education from Prescott College. He holds two NABCEP certifications and serves diverse roles in the solar industry.


While Insource has deep Maine roots, the company was founded in Montana in 2008 by Vaughan Woodruff. In 2009 Woodruff moved the company back to his hometown of Pittsfield, Maine.
